Autrixo provides an AI-powered vehicle damage assessment and repair cost estimation service. Users can upload photos of damaged vehicles, and our artificial intelligence system analyzes the images to generate approximate repair cost estimates, including estimated parts pricing and damage severity assessment.

The Service provides AI-generated estimates based on uploaded images. These results are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. The Service does not replace professional assessment, insurance evaluation, or binding price quotes.

Actual repair costs may vary significantly based on:

• Geographic location and local labor rates
• Parts availability and supplier pricing
• Actual extent of damage (including hidden damage not visible in photos)
• Choice of new vs. used vs. aftermarket parts
• Individual repair shop rates and practices
• Vehicle-specific factors and model year variations

We strongly recommend obtaining professional in-person inspections and multiple repair estimates from qualified mechanics or body shops before making any purchasing or repair decisions.

While we strive to provide useful estimates using advanced AI technology, we make NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimates, pricing data, damage assessments, or recommendations generated by our Service. The AI system may fail to detect damage, incorrectly assess severity, or provide inaccurate pricing information.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Service at your own risk and discretion
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• You should not rely exclusively on our estimates for vehicle purchasing, insurance claims, or repair decisions
• You are responsible for verifying all information independently with qualified professionals
• Photos uploaded must be your own or you must have authorization to use them

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTRIXO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or reliance on the Service or any estimates provided
• Any inaccuracy in cost estimates, damage assessments, or repair recommendations
• Any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service
• Any difference between estimated and actual repair costs
• Any vehicle purchase decisions influenced by our estimates

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of Autrixo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading photos or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded content. We process uploaded images for analysis purposes and store them securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a recurring billing model and authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the next billing date. All subscriptions are billed monthly. Pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support at support@autrixoai.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable for the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
