Terms of Service

Autrixo provides an AI-powered vehicle damage assessment and repair cost estimation service. Users can upload photos of damaged vehicles, and our artificial intelligence system analyzes the images to generate approximate repair cost estimates, including estimated parts pricing and damage severity assessment.

What is a Report

A "Report" (also referred to as a "credit") is a single AI-based damage analysis for one vehicle. Each report includes:

• AI-powered damage detection from uploaded photos
• Itemized list of damaged parts with severity assessment
• Estimated repair costs for both used/aftermarket and new/OEM parts
• Where-to-buy recommendations for replacement parts
• Downloadable PDF report

A report is considered "used" once the AI analysis is initiated — regardless of the result. Uploading photos and submitting the analysis form consumes one report credit.

Service Delivery

The Service is considered fully delivered once the AI analysis is complete and the report is available for viewing in your account. Delivery occurs automatically and typically within seconds of submission. A report is deemed delivered regardless of whether you view, download, or act upon the results.

When a Credit is Consumed

One report credit is deducted from your account balance when you submit photos for AI analysis. The credit is consumed at the moment of submission, regardless of:

• The quality or clarity of the uploaded photos
• Whether the AI successfully identifies all damage
• Whether you are satisfied with the results
• Whether you download or view the generated report

Photo Quality Responsibility

The accuracy of AI analysis depends directly on the quality of uploaded photos. You are responsible for providing clear, well-lit images from multiple angles. Credits will not be restored for poor results caused by low-quality, blurry, dark, or improperly framed photos.

Credit Restoration

Credits may be restored at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Technical failure: the system encountered an error and failed to generate a report (e.g., server error, timeout, processing failure)
• Empty report: the AI returned no results at all despite valid photos being uploaded

Credits will not be restored for:

• Inaccurate or incomplete damage detection
• Price estimates that differ from actual repair costs
• Duplicate submissions of the same vehicle
• User error (wrong photos, wrong vehicle details)

To request a credit restoration, contact support@autrixoai.com within 7 days of the analysis, including your report ID and a description of the issue.

The Service provides AI-generated estimates based on uploaded images. These results are for informational purposes only and should be treated as preliminary guidance, not as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate, damage detection, or pricing data.

Not a Professional Inspection

Autrixo reports are not professional vehicle inspections, certified appraisals, or insurance assessments. The AI analyzes only what is visible in uploaded photos and cannot detect:

• Hidden structural or frame damage
• Mechanical, electrical, or drivetrain issues
• Flood, fire, or corrosion damage not visible in photos
• Prior repairs, paint thickness, or body filler
• Safety system malfunctions (airbags, ABS, etc.)

Vehicle Purchase & Insurance Decisions

You must not rely solely on Autrixo reports when making vehicle purchase decisions, filing insurance claims, or negotiating repair costs. Actual repair costs may vary significantly based on:

• Geographic location and local labor rates
• Parts availability and supplier pricing
• Actual extent of damage (including hidden damage not visible in photos)
• Choice of new vs. used vs. aftermarket parts
• Individual repair shop rates and practices
• Vehicle-specific factors and model year variations

We strongly recommend obtaining professional in-person inspections and multiple repair estimates from qualified mechanics or body shops before making any purchasing, insurance, or repair decisions. Autrixo accepts no liability for decisions made based on our reports.

While we strive to provide useful estimates using advanced AI technology, we make NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimates, pricing data, damage assessments, or recommendations generated by our Service. The AI system may fail to detect damage, incorrectly assess severity, or provide inaccurate pricing information.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Service at your own risk and discretion
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• You should not rely exclusively on our estimates for vehicle purchasing, insurance claims, or repair decisions
• You are responsible for verifying all information independently with qualified professionals
• Photos uploaded must be your own or you must have authorization to use them

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models, algorithms, or underlying technology
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or submit analyses in bulk
• Upload fraudulent, manipulated, or AI-generated images with the intent to deceive the system
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or circumvent usage limits
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated reports without authorization
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure

Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure fair access and system stability, the Service enforces rate limits on API requests and report generation. Excessive usage that degrades the Service for other users may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

Enforcement

Violation of these rules may result in, at our sole discretion:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of remaining report credits without refund
• Blocking of IP addresses or payment methods
• Legal action where appropriate

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTRIXO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or reliance on the Service or any estimates provided
• Any inaccuracy in cost estimates, damage assessments, or repair recommendations
• Any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service
• Any difference between estimated and actual repair costs
• Any vehicle purchase decisions influenced by our estimates

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of Autrixo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading photos or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded content. We process uploaded images for analysis purposes and store them securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Non-Transferable Credits

Report credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or transfer credits to another user or account. Credits are tied to the account that purchased them and cannot be moved.

Account Sharing

Each account is for individual use only. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where unauthorized sharing is detected, without refund of remaining credits.

Autrixo operates on a credit-based model. Users receive a limited number of free report credits upon registration. Additional report credits can be purchased in packages (e.g., Starter, Pro, Business) as described on our pricing page.

Credit Purchases

Report credits are purchased as one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Purchased credits are added to your account balance and can be used at any time. Multiple packages can be purchased — credits accumulate in your account.

Credit Expiration

Purchased report credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used. Free credits provided upon registration also do not expire.

Refund Policy

Report credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. We process refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following terms:

• When a refund is approved (by us or by our merchant of record, Paddle), the report credits granted by that specific transaction are removed from your account balance. Credits from other purchases remain available.
• If you have already used some credits from the refunded purchase, your balance is reduced by the credits originally granted by that transaction; the balance cannot go below zero.
• Refund processing does not, by itself, suspend your account. You can continue to use any remaining credits.

Repeated Refund Activity

To protect the service from abuse, we automatically suspend accounts that submit three (3) or more refunds within ninety (90) days. The suspension is permanent and forfeits any remaining credits.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us first results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all remaining credits. Chargebacks impose direct fees on us and signal a breakdown of the customer relationship; we treat them differently from honest refund requests. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email support@autrixoai.com before involving your bank.

Credit Restoration for Technical Failures

In the event of a verified technical failure on our side (server error, processing failure) where a credit was consumed but no report was generated, we may restore the credit to your account (not issue a monetary refund). Contact support@autrixoai.com within 7 days with your report ID.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice. Price changes do not affect previously purchased credits.

Transaction Records & Dispute Resolution

We maintain detailed records of all transactions, refunds, and credit usage, including timestamps, IP addresses, uploaded content metadata, and generated report data. These records serve as evidence of service delivery and as the basis for the automatic refund-pattern detection described above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
